Budweiser

I made a trip up to Duluth, MN to do some snowboarding this past weekend, and brough with me one big tallboy of Budweiser sent to me from Sergey in Boston.

After a few hours of going up and down a snowy hill on alternating fiberglass plank and unconfortable metal seats suspended from a cable, I hobbled back to my friends place (after a quick drink at the chalet) to rest my weary muscles in the hottub and drink a beer or six. We constructed the prototype hottub beer flotation spaceship vessle for keeping our frothy cold one within arms reach in the hottub. It seemed like a fine idea, although a little bit sloppy in construction, and it passed our first test, but it seems as though we didn't plan to well for the tallboy, because it capsized within a few seconds of it's maiden voyage.

Nevertheless, I held my bee the old fashioned way (with my hand) and enjoyed it about the best a guy is able to enjoy a half-warm can of bottom-rung beer. I do have to admin, by the bottom third It was getting a little too warm and flat, and I had to abandon it for a cold microbrew, but the budweiser was a true friend of mine for a good half hour or so.

The night continued on into shenanigans and tomfoolery, the details of which I'll spare you. The tall boy of budweiser was a great way to start it off. Thanks for the Beer Sergy!
